Privacy Policy

Version 1.0. What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This page is still a template. The operator has not filled in their company name, contact address or governing law. A privacy policy with no identifiable controller is not a privacy policy.

1. Who is responsible

Your Company Name is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: .

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, username, email address, password (stored only as a hash).
  • Referral relationships: who invited you, and where you sit in each matrix.
  • Financial records: deposits, plan purchases, commissions, withdrawal requests, and the payment details you give us for a payout.
  • Technical records: IP address, timestamps, and the actions taken on the account.
  • Verification records, where we ask for them before releasing a payment.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your card number, your bank password, or the seed phrase or private key of any wallet.

3. Why we collect it

  • To run your account and show you your own position, referrals and balance.
  • To calculate and pay commissions, which is the contract you are entering into.
  • To prevent fraud, and to meet anti-money-laundering and tax obligations.
  • To answer support requests and to keep a record of what was decided and by whom.

Where the law requires a legal basis: performance of a contract for the account and payments, legal obligation for financial and tax records, and legitimate interests for fraud prevention and security. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only where needed: the payment providers that move your money, our hosting provider, and the authorities where the law requires it. Every one of them receives the minimum needed for the task.

5. How long we keep it

Financial records are kept for 2555 days (7 years) after the end of the relationship, because tax and anti-money-laundering rules require it. Account details that are not financial records are deleted or anonymised when the account closes. A record of a suspension for fraud may be kept longer, so the same person cannot simply re-register.

6. Cookies

This site sets one cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential, it is not used for advertising or analytics, and it is set only when you sign in.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to . If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, money movements are recorded in an append-only ledger, and every administrative action is logged. We recommend, and may require, two-factor authentication on accounts that can approve payments. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users if a breach puts their data at risk where the law requires it.

9. Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18, and will delete it if we learn we do.

10. Changes
