Terms of Service
Version 1.0. These terms govern your use of this site and your participation in its reward plan.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Your Company Name ("we", "us"). You can reach us at .
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. You must not be barred from using a service of this kind under the laws that apply to you. One account per person. Accounts are not transferable and may not be sold.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your password and any second factor secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you believe somebody else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required by law to close, or that we reasonably believe is being used to defraud another member or us.
4. Plans, placement and spillover
A plan gives you a position in that plan's matrix. Your position is determined by the order of qualifying purchases and by spillover: when a position below your sponsor is full, new members are placed into the next available position in that matrix, which may be below you. Placement is automatic and is not a matter of discretion.
Buying a plan does not guarantee any particular position, any particular downline, or any income. Matrix geometry is published on the plan page before you buy.
5. Commissions
Commissions are credited when a member in your upline qualifies by purchasing a plan, at the rates published on the plan page. Rates and plan prices may change. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
Commission credits are recorded in your wallet and are visible in your statement. If you believe a credit is wrong, contact us within 30 days of the entry.
6. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits are credited after we confirm the payment. Until then they show as pending.
- A withdrawal request moves the requested amount out of your available balance immediately, so the same funds cannot be requested twice.
- The minimum withdrawal is PHP 100.00.
- Withdrawals are reviewed before payment. We may ask for identification or for evidence of the source of funds before releasing a payment, and may decline a request where the law requires it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you give us. Funds sent to details you supplied are treated as paid.
- Where a deposit is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may reverse the corresponding credit, including from commission paid on it.
7. No guarantee of earnings
Nothing on this site is a promise of income. What you earn depends on your own purchases, on other people choosing to join under you, and on the plan rules. Many participants earn nothing. Any figure shown anywhere on this site is a record of what happened, not a forecast of what will.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Making income claims that are false, or that are not typical of real participants.
- Spam, or recruiting through unsolicited bulk messages.
- Creating multiple accounts, or using another person's identity or payment method.
- Attempting to manipulate placement, commissions or the wallet by technical means.
- Using the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Balances are settled according to this section and our verification requirements. If we close your account for breach of these terms, we may cancel pending withdrawals and reverse credits obtained through the breach.
10. Intellectual property
The software running this site is licensed to the operator, not to you. The content you submit remains yours, and you grant us the licence we need to operate the service with it.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, plan rules and prices. Material changes are announced on this site before they take effect where that is practicable.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction not set], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
